Eligibility and Conditions
Unused donations shall be returned to the Riverview Lions Club.
The Project/Activity provides a direct/indirect benefit to citizens living in the Town of Riverview (exceptions may apply for nearby rural communities where there are no other Lions Clubs to assist).
Applications are processed on a “first come first served basis;”
Approval of an event will be decided at the first available Riverview Lions Club Board and/or General Membership Meeting. The Riverview Lions Club reserves the right to request adjustments to the Project/Activity.
Pancake Breakfasts projects donated product must be preapproved; tickets will be provided; other events during the breakfast must be identified (raffles, auctions, other events).
Lions might host a 50/50 draw during an event, funds going to other Lion’s projects.
All food must be prepared onsite at the Riverview Lions Community Centre.
Applicants will forward poster graphics/information to the Public Relations Chair for review and release on social media, the digital sign, etc.
